Bah! Last night, I did a whole spiel about my Mom and the wonders of home-baked goodness and just as I went to post it, Blogger decided to eat it up and die.
On the upside, though, the Canucks are onto Round Two *woot*woot*
Anywho, what I was trying to say yesterday was that my Mom is one of those people who bakes cookies when she's upset.
Back then, Bro Bro and I were too busy stuffing our faces but, I realize now how lucky we were because most people (myself included) do not like standing in front of a 350° oven after a bad day.
Also, I think my life would have been wholly different if I grew up thinking that OREOs were as good as a cookie could get.
They are, at best, an acquired taste, I feel.

That is until you dunk them in milk which is when they really shine - their commercials don't lie :)
This is my most fave Oreo Commercial : )
And this one is a close second.
Turns out, they're really yummy bashed up and put in (cup)cakes, too.
Cookies 'n Cream Cake, another new addition to the menu.
