Two weeks ago, our internet went kaput and in that time, I think I've developed an ulcer.
I thought that the minute it went back on, I'd go on a crazy rant about how World Wide Web-lessness is kind of like sensory deprivation.
Or how certain support staff may not know the meaning of the word "expedite".
Or how scary it is for a technology retard like myself to use a Blackberry for the first time.
But I'll tell you what, when we finally got service back, I was so euphoric, I'm pretty sure I hallucinated a bit. A little funny but mostly disturbing, I know but, I'm trying not to focus on that right now.
Instead, I'll tell you about the lovely Zaida. Another incredibly sweet, oh-so-prepared bride whose pretty Purple and White wedding cake I was so happy to make : )
It was also my very first cake with columns so, of course, Mom was on hand at all times - she is my official tilt-corrector. I'm not kidding, the woman has a gift.
p.s., You'll have to excuse the quality of these pictures, I had to take them indoors in fluorescent (ew) lighting and for some reason, purple refuses to cooperate with my camera *sigh*
